Closed Deck (aka Sealed Deck) Entry fee is $7.00

You will receive half of a starter deck plus 3 "sealed" expansion packs [all of
which you keep at the end of the tournament]. You will have 15 minutes to
build your deck.

Bring your deck protectors if you have them.

Open Deck (aka Constructed Deck) means that you bring your own
cards which you have already built into a playable, legal deck;
and, bring your cards stacked in the correct order.
